Mostarda di Mantova is crafted from a single type of fruit or vegetable, incorporating spicy and sweet flavors. The result is a condiment for meat and cheese. Casa Forcelli produces this mostarda in small batches using seasonally available Green Tomatoes.

Simply delightful, and a must for any pantry, this truffle sauce is a blend of mushrooms, 3% black truffles, olives, olive oil, essence, and seasoning. Was $25.95. Best by 6 September 2010.

In the Salerno area of Campania, family recipes yield this lovely chunky jam. These preserves are crafted only with fresh fruit and sugar. Pears and Walnuts are combined in Pere e Noci.

Chestnut Honey has a darker amber color and an intense aroma. It is excellent with teas, bread, and cheese. This honey comes to us from the small town of San Polo in Chianti, not far from Florence. Honey makes a sweet hostess gift!
