Fresh from Umbria, we have the 2008 harvest olive oil from Canonica Verde. Canonica Verde Extra Virgin is youthful, assertive, grassy, and peppery, with a hint of artichoke.

We’ve had many requests for Castello del Trebbio and are pleased to be able to offer this lovely Tuscan selection to our customers. The estate is located east of Florence, not far from Fiesole.

A top award-winner with intense Tuscan flavor. This oil from Podere La Costa is bottled as Laudemio, an elite designation create by Tuscan growers following the devastating freeze in 1986. Very limited production.
