This is a very popular selection!After filtering, the exquisite oil is clear. The Riflessi Selection is produced with the best varieties of the olive-grove, hand picked in very early harvest. Very aromatic, lightly to moderately fruity, with notes of tomato and aromatic grass. Mild spice and bitterness. This was a very popular selection at our in-store tasting.

The Riflessi Selection received the Best in Class Gold Medal for medium intensity oils at the 2016 Los Angeles Olive Oil Competition. Recent years' bottling of Fonte di Foiano's olive oils have been recognized by Slow Food, Bibenda L'olio 2011 and 2012 - 4 drops, Los Angeles (Silver, 2011; Gold 2012); Der Feinshmecker 2012: Grand Cru, Moriaolo and Pendolino, Top 250 of the World. Additionally, the Fonte di Foiano has garnered awards and recognition from Flos Olei and Gino Celletti.
