Aceto Beato DeMarco Balsamic Vinegar is obtained from organically cultivated grapes in the region of Modena, Italy. This artisan balsamic vinegar is prepared with old world methods and has a distinctive sweet and sour flavor with an outstanding taste and aroma. Produced from 100% Italian grapes.
We've enjoyed testing this at home and find it to be a good selection for salads. Slightly sweeter than Manicardi Three Barrel, but slightly less viscous than Trentasette.
