Agrumato Extra Virgin Olive Oil is pressed with Lemon. As the olives are crushed, lemon are added to the mix and thereby infused with the lemon flavor. Agrumato Lemon Herb begins with the same process as the Agrumato Lemon but subsequently, oregano and garlic are infused. It makes an excellent and aromatic condiment for roasted fish and meats. And, unlike other products that use flavoring added after the oil is produced,the result is a superior, well-mixed flavor.

You’ll taste the best of full taste of lemon, enhanced by the herbs and garlic, in the aroma and on the tongue. The flavors are bright and crisp in the oil pressed from Gentile di Chieti, Leccino, and Olivastra cultivars.

The lemon-herb infused oil is especially good with seafood. You may want to drizzle it atop every summer dish you can think of! Give it a try with fresh, hot pasta with fresh ricotta, grilled fish, roasted poultry, and roasted vegetables. This is also a delight in salads that combine field greens, cheese, and nuts.
