Campo Corto is unfiltered and organic like Albereto. This monocultivar is produced entirely from Frantoio olives, the estate's most pungent and long-lived variety. Robust Campo Corto is Coltibuono's oil for exotic vegetables, flavorful breads, roasts, game, mushrooms. It has an herbaceous aroma (with hints of artichokes and herbs) and a typically Tuscan peppery aftertaste.
