The Grignano Valpolicella is an extra virgin organic oil produced from olives grown around the north shore of Lake Garda, in the Veneto, yet near Trentino-Alto Adige. A single varietal oil, of Grignano olives native to the Veneto, this product has a fruity taste and elegant texture. Cold pressed from hand-picked olives.
Our tasters noted the oil's nice yellow-green color, and the mild, slightly fruity taste that is distinguished from other northern Italian oils.
