The Manicardi Gift Pack Assortment includes three selections of balsamic vinegar. Each number designates the room number where the casks are stored. This gift pack includes selections from room numbers 21 (Acetia 21), 22 (the "Argento" or Silver), and 25 (the “Oro” or Gold).
The special flavor of Balsamic Vinegar is obtained through time inside barrels of different woods: oak, cherry, chestnut, mulberry, and juniper. The Gold is aged in juniper casks, giving a uniquely flavored vinegar.
In this gift pack selection, we can make the following food recommendations. Silver is wonderful with risotto, 21 with filet of beef, and Gold with desserts such as ice cream and strawberries. Recipes are included.
