This smooth and creamy pate of the finest red bell peppers, tomatoes, and eggplant from under the Sicilian sun. Perfect as pasta sauce on hot or cold pasta. Wonderful as a spread on crostini or crackers. A wonderful appetizer, a perfect sauce for a meal.
For years now, we’ve sold the fine Merlano and Muraccio olive oils from the Catalano family’s Tenuta di Ferrento near Viterbo in Lazio. We’re thrilled to be able to provide their marmalade and pestos to our customers this year.
