Harvested by hand before 15 Novembre, ensuring the freshest, perfectly ripe olives are blended. Muraccio is cold pressed and its color is a beautiful green with gold tinge. The aroma is intensely fruity, and the flavor is sweet and distinct with a spicy and pleasantly bitter aftertaste.
