Madonna del Carmine is a small, ancient church which lends its name to Azienda del Carmine, where the olives are grown; the oil is the very gift of this land. Olio del Carmine was the first variety produced by Azienda del Carmine and its quality has always been guaranteed by the care in the fields during the year, by the choice of the time of gathering (changing every year depending on various conditions) by the immediate pressing in the two-phase continuous cycle olive press which is located near-by, by the product storage in steel containers under nitrogen and at a controlled temperature. The result is a balanced and soft oil.

Olio del Carmine is a blend of Leccino, Frantoio, Pendolino, and Carboncella olives. Medium fruity and green with aromas of fresh grass, almond, and the leaf of tomato. The flavor is persistent with both sweet and spicy characteristics. Packaged in a specially designed bag, with tap, to preserve the best characteristics of this notable olive oil. The tap does not allow air into the packaging, ensuring the flavors are preserved.
