A new award-winning selection from Umbria, and this one is special as it is representative of the finest olive oils from Colli Assisi - Spoleto.

A lovely verdant green, it opens elegant and complex, moderately to intensely (medio to intenso) fruity with rich vegetale notes, and scents of freshly cut grass. The taste is persistent and harmonic with both pleasantly bitter and spicy notes in the finish. Moraiolo, Leccino, Frantoio olives come together in a wonderful extra virgin olive oil. Organically produced.

It is recommended with vegetable soups, raw meat carpaccio, roasted meats and fish, grilled mushrooms and vegetables. And, bread, of course.

This is a new bottling from the well regarded estate that produces Principe di Mascio DOP which has recently received the following awards:
