New from sunny Sorrento, we are so pleased to be able to present Syrenum DOP Penisola Sorrentina. This lovely oil will evoke memories of travels to Sorrento and Capri.
Since 1849, the Gargiulo farm has produced Extra Vergine Olive Oil, preserving the traditions handed on from generation to generation. Located in the hilly Sant'Agnello’s area of the Sorrento peninsula, this small area is well-suited to agriculture and, in particular, to the production of fine olives and citrus.
The dominant olives of the region are Ogliarola (Minucciola), Rotondella, Frantoio, and Leccino.
Syrenum is produced from the best olives, selected from the groves of the peninsula. With the influences of the sea and the ocean breezes, Syrenum is perfect with vegetables, salads, and seafood.
