Chef Bottura commissioned one of Italy's best Tuscan producers to create this oil he uses for his restaurant in Modena.
Produced from Moraiolo and Leccino olives, the taste is harmonious, and more versatile than most Tuscan oils.
It is perfect for salads, vegetables, and fish. It is also a sublime selection when paired with Villa Manodori's Balsamic Vinegar.
