Antica Italia Cannellini beans are white and delicate with a fine skin and wonderful tender texture.
Soak overnight, simmer in aromatics, and use in a variety of soups and dishes. In Florence, these are a perfect side side dish (contorno) with a steak — and both drizzled with Tuscan olive oil. These are lovely puréed and stirred into a soup, or whole, tossed with sautéed vegetables, or added to a salad.
