To serve
Bring 1.5l of water to the boil and add the polenta, stirring briskly. Cook slowly, stirring continuously for at least 10 minutes. Pour onto a large plate and season to taste with melted butter or extra virgin olive oil and grated Parmiggiano-Reggiano cheese.
Ingredients: Cornmeal, Porcini, carrots, chives, garlic.
