Olio Cru Limina hails from Trentino at the north end of Lake Garda, and the name means border in Latin. This is the area where Lake Garda, Trentino, Lombardia, and Veneto meet. Enjoy this balanced yet spicy selection. A winner of the Gambero Rosso - La Stella 2021 for 10 consecutive years of Tre Foglie.

Gabrielloni Solivo: Sisters Gabriella and Elisabetta, have been running the operation since 1995, established by their father in 1955. The family's groves are in the hills of Recanati, south of Ancona in Marche. Our favorite is Solivo, a blend of Leccino, Frantoio, Mignola, Carboncella, Pendolino and others. The family mills olives the classic way, with mill stones, and detailed pressing. They are able to achieve remarkable olive oils with these techniques. These varieties, harvested at just the right points of ripeness and processed together, give Solivo a lightly fruited scent, a sweet taste, the slightest spicy touch and a bitter aftertaste.

Frantoi Cutrera’s Primo Double: Tonda Iblea monocultivar produced in the area of Chiaramonte Gulfi, north of Ragusa in southern Sicily, Primo has won a number of awards over the years. Both DOP and Organic certified.
It is green with golden reflections and Intensely Fruity. The notes are elegant and spicy with elements of green tomato. Perhaps you will notice the clear notes of balsamic herbs and sweet almond, the latter certainly from the single variety Tonda Iblea olives. The result is a nice harmony of sweet, bitter, and spicy elements. Perfect on a salad or grilled vegetables.

Enjoy this exquisite collection representing the great diversity and characteristics of Italy's Finest Olive Oils.
