DeCarlo Sugo with Artichokes and Ricotta

If you are ready for a sauce that is different from all others, choose this one, especially if you adore artichokes and ricotta. Dinner will be ready as soon as the pasta is cooked!

The DeCarlo family has the recipe for an amazing tomato sauce, enhanced with Violeta di Brindisi artichokes and ricotta from the area of Murcia Barese. The flavor is so appealing, it is almost magical.

Before serving, add a drizzle of De Carlo’s extra virgin olive oil to add more traditional Italian flavor.

Ingredients: 72% tomato pulp, 17% small artichokes (acid, lactic acid), 6% extra virgin olive oil, 3% ricotta whey cheese (milk), salt, ricotta forte cheese (milk), garlic.  

Refrigerate after opening.
