Uliva 1111 is a DOP Garda Trentino Extra Virgin Olive Oil of superlative quality, due to very demanding self-imposed qualitative regulations that go above and beyond those required for the DOP certification. The olives are closely followed in every single phase, from the olive grove to the bottle.

This oil is a limited production in numbered bottles, produced and bottled by hand and the packaging is a genius of design: Uliva 1111 is a precious object, created for only 1111 of the most discerning buyers.

Uliva 1111 is characterized by its excellent quality; the olives are hand picked from century old olive trees, separated into individual batches and graded according to rigid criteria solely for Uliva1111 production, and cold pressed within four hours of being picked.

Agraria Riva del Garda is a farmers cooperative owned by 360 wine and extra virgin olive oil producers. Their olive oils are famous all over the world and have won several important prizes, such as Flos Olei 2016 (97/100), and the World Award at SOL in Verona for the best fruity extra virgin olive oil in 2009, assigned to "Uliva" (black label).

Riva del Garda is located in a special area, the Northeast olive-growing area in the world, close to the 46th North parallel. Its special climate, due to the Alps and Lake Garda, creates a Mediterranean island in the middle of the mountains. Cold winters help the olives to get a natural healthier quality 'cause the parasites can’t survive it, so almost no pesticides are required. This also permits a perfect organic production. All olives are early handpicked and pressed on the same day by the Agraria Riva olive press. The olives are pressed at cold temperatures and only the best quality ones are admitted to be part of the products.

The productions of Riva del Garda have been recognized by Slow Food.
