Finalisti Il Magnifico 2023 Sardinia

We’re excited to introduce this medium fruity monocultivar from the island of Sardinia. This extra virgin olive oil is crushed exclusively from the cultivar Nera di Villacidro. Our selection is also Certified Organic. All bottles are numbered.

This olive yields an oil tending toward medium to high fruitiness, with grassy notes, scent of tomato, light notes of almond and artichoke. Pungency and bitter tastes of medium intensity carry through.

The Organic Inspiritu Sardu has a lively personality and the nose is expressed with a beautiful fruit, hints of medicinal herbs, artichoke and tomato leaf. The first tastes in the mouth seem gentle at first, the notes awaken with great aromatic complexity and good bitterness. In closing enjoy a lasting spicy note of medium intensity.

This is the closest you can get to the famous, long-lived, Blue Zone of Sardinia. This region is known for a population that lives longer and more vibrantly than most of the world due to exceptional longevity, geographical isolation, and a diet rich in whole grains, beans, vegetables and good olive oil.
