Ingredients: wheat flour, raisins, egg yolk, butter, candied orange peel (orange peels, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup), raw cane sugar, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), emulsifiers:  mono- and di-glycerides of fatty acids, sunflower lecithin; glucose-fructose, syrup, invert sugar syrup, barley malt, salt flavoring agents.  Icing and decoration ingredients: sugar, egg white, "Piedmont Hazelnut", almonds, kernels, rice flour.
