Sprint-shaped fusilli brighten each bowl with the gentle, natural colors of iIaly, red, white, and green. Tomatoes naturally color the red pasta, while spinach is the source for green. Not to worry, the colors of the vegetable contribute only minimal flavor notes to your dish. You will taste the excellence of 100% Italian durum wheat semolina.
Bartolini has been at work since 1850, near the town of Arrone, in Umbria. We carry a selection of their beans in addiction to this pasta.
Make the most of the colors with light sauces and dressing. The colors shine with vegetables — tomatoes, red bell peppers, asparagus, spinach, arugula—for a few ideas. This is ideal for a pasta salad.
