Casale Paradiso Polenta al Funghi Porcini

Casale Paradiso's porcini mushroom polenta lets you make classic Italian polenta in next to no-time. Casale Paradiso has been producing traditional Italian home-style recipes for over 30 years. Located in Abruzzo, they only use real ingredients without preservatives or additives. 

To serve

Bring 1.5l of water to the boil and add the polenta, stirring briskly. Cook slowly, stirring continuously for at least 10 minutes. Pour onto a large plate and season to taste with melted butter or extra virgin olive oil and grated Parmiggiano-Reggiano cheese.

Ingredients: Cornmeal, Porcini, carrots, chives, garlic.
