CioBio Orecchiette Biologica Pasta

Enjoy our new discovery from CioBio in Basilicata. This organic pasta is produced only with durum wheat semolina from organic and selected crops of Basilicata. The rough texture is enhanced by classic bronze dies, careful drying at low temperatures, yielding excellent preservation of nutritional values. Very special aromas, flavors, and textures are clear and present. 

Orecchiette are hand shaped and look like a thumbprint. Classic recipes include broccoli or broccoli rabe and sausage. Alternatively pork, capers, and crisp white wine are a great combination. 

Please enjoy “al dente”. Please don’t overcook. Cooking time: 15-17 minutes.
