Il Palagio Organic Forest Honey from Sting

With glorious long hot summers and a plethora of flora Sting and Trudy Styler's estate, Il Palagio, collects a wide variety of flavored honeys, each with their own distinct taste and floral notes.

This Forest Honey is complex and aromatic, and bursting with the health-giving properties for which honey has historically been renowned, notably vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Produced from honeydew and undergrowth flowers.

Forest honey is prized in Europe for its high mineral content, health benefits, and strong flavor. Rich and dark, it has aromas of molasses and licorice, with complex flavors of macerated golden raisins, cinnamon, and brown sugar.

Honey should not be fed to children under one year of age.
