Muraglia Essenza Coratina 2022 Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Gift Boxed

This award-winning monocultivar extra virgin olive oil is made using only Coratina olives and has initial notes of dill, fennel, artichoke and pepper with a spicy but balanced finish. The Coratina olive is native to Puglia and boasts high levels of polyphenols which contribute to both the flavor of the olive oil and the health benefits.

From the Essenza line, this is the Intensely Fruity, Coratina Monocultivar, native to the region of Puglia.

The aroma is intensely fruity with notes of fennel, artichoke, pepper and hay. The color appears intense green with golden shades. On the palate, it is full of vegetable tones, powerful, rich, chiseled from the perfectly-fused phenol structure, with a good flavor balance. It closes in a deliciously spicy way with long persistence of vegetable tones.
It is perfect with bread, grilled meats, grilled vegetables, salads and soups.
