This very special bottle contains Puglia's famous cultivar, Coratina, well-known as the queen of fruity oils. This is one of the oldest, and most dominant cultivars in the region. 

Today, from 15 hectares of olive groves, brothers Vito and Luigi run the farm and produce this excellent olive oil, following the traditions led by their parents, Michele and Maria. 

Medium and intense, the scent carries green almond notes, with green leaf and artichoke nuances.
