Thanks to the extraction with the most innovative methods and the cultivars used, Tamia Gold is perfect with bruschetta, omelets, crustacean appetizers, blue fish gratin, spaghetti with bottarga, carpaccio and red meat tartare, tartare and tuna carpaccio , first courses with meat sauce, vegetables au gratin, red meats and roasted game, aged hard cheeses.

Expect a rich, fruity taste with medium pepper intensity with this extra virgin olive oil. Characteristics are leafy, green almond, elegant and bitter notes of chicory, with a bold, spicy finish, making it ideal for grilled meats.
