Umbria. Flos Olei 2021 Hall of Fame - Azienda Agraria Viola. Crafted from Moraiolo olives by Marco Viola in the province of Perugia in Umbria.
A rare selection from Basilicata, Titolio comes to us from the noted wine maker, Elena Fucci. The dominant olive cultivar, Ogliarola del Vulture yields an oil that is powerful and sublime.
This is the splendid Gran Riserva Fruttato Verde from Accademia Olearia in Sardinia, where the olives grown are Bosana (65%), Semidana (30%), and Tonda di Cagliari (5%).
