The rough texture is enhanced by classic bronze dies, careful drying at low temperatures, yielding excellent preservation of nutritional values. Very special aromas, flavors, and textures are clear and present.
Ditali Rigati are small ridged tubes akin to short mini rigatoni. These are perfect for soups, side dishes, and pasta Fagioli.
