The rough texture is enhanced by classic bronze dies, careful drying at low temperatures, yielding excellent preservation of nutritional values. Very special aromas, flavors, and textures are clear and present.
Mezze Maniche ("Half sleeves") can best be thought of as a smaller rigatoni, complete with delightful ridges to hold your favorite sauces.
