Cutrera Crema di Capperi Siciliani - Sicilian Capers Paste

The cream of capers is one of the most popular preserves of the region. This is a  tasty and original pâté that brings with it all the flavor of the Sicilian land to the palate.

Use this caper cream to season spaghetti (it's very nice with tomatoes, too). Ideal for boiled meats, fish, boiled potatoes, eggs, but also for crostini with bread or croutons. Try also as a sandwich or panini spread.

Ingredients: capers 76%, Frantoi Cutrera extra virgin olive oil 23%, oregano, chili pepper, parsley, salt, citric acid.

Produced in a facility that uses pistachio, almonds, fish, and milk based products. Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, refrigerate and use within 5 days.
