Cutrera Sugo All’Arrabbiata Spicy Sauce

Another new favorite from Frantoi Cutrera in Sicily. With premium Sicilian ingredients, this Sugo All’Arrabbiata tomato sauce is a spicy blend of fresh tomatoes and Italian red chili peppers.

Long stranded pasta such as spaghetti or linguine would be traditional selections. Don’t forget to add a drizzle of olive oil to finish. This is also perfect with a baked rigatoni with mozzarella or caciocavallo cheese.

Toward the end of cooking the pasta, reserve some pasta water. Heat the Sugo for two minutes and combine with the cooked pasta. When stirring the sauce, add 1-2 tablespoons of the pasta water to aid in the melding of pasta and sauce.

Crafted from tomato sauce (passata), fresh tomatoes, Frantoi Cutrera extra virgin olive oil, and just a touch of chile pepper and garlic create a unique sauce that is freshly vibrant, naturally sweet, and slightly spicy.

Produced in a facility that uses also milk, fish, celery, almonds and pistacho products.
