With masterful production, the craftsmen at Dievole, created a "Best in the World" olive oil. This oil is a blend of Coratina, Leccino, Peranzana, and Ogliarola olives.

Granted Premio Mugelli, Best of Show, Best of Class, & Gold Medal at Los Angeles, 2015, Dievole has had an outstanding year with this special production, blended at Gaiole in Chianti. 

Dievole is intensely fruity with notes of artichoke and fresh almond. It possesses medium bitterness, some notable spiciness, and a peppery finish. 

Recommended pairings include Tuscan favorites, such as bean antipasti, bistecca, chickpea soup, other velvety vegetable soups, and roasted vegetables, asparagus first course, soft young cheese.
