This Olio Ciccolella Coppadoro, brings forth an explosion of exuberant aromas.  Coppadoro is energetic, appetizing, and powerful on the palate. Coppadoro is the monovarietal extra virgin olive obtained from 100% Coratina variety olives. This is one of our most intense selections. 

Crafted by a family that has been making olive oil for four generations from centuries oil olive trees and the intense sun of Puglia. It is an intense oil, powerful on the palate with a long and persistent spiciness. Featuring notes of freshly cut grass and borage with hints of almond and artichoke, it is perfect for crudités, bread-dipping, grilled meats, vegetables, bruschetta with homemade bread, and legume soups.
