Within this jar of Italian Acacia Honey, you’ll see a shave of truffle, providing all of its earthy and persistent flavor.

Truffle honey is a wonderful condiment with a cheese such as a Parmigiano Reggiano, where the sweet and salty meet. It can also be used to glaze meats. Duck breasts and even skirtsteaks have been recommended. More ideas: glaze on meat, drizzled over cheese, fruit, or cake, topping ice cream or sorbet, or as a stuffing in a crepe. For a sublime starter, layer on toasted bread with ham and/or pecorino cheese.
