Collection: FIOI Producers - Federazione Italiana Olivicoltori Independenti

FIOI is an Italian association of high-level, small and medium-sized artisanal producers of extra virgin olive oil. These producers grow their own olives and/or extract the oils. FIOI is an independent body managed by the growers themselves. These independent specialty growers only produce extra virgin olive oil from 580+ native Italian olive varieties. Among their goals: preserving and protecting farmland, safeguarding the quality of artisanal oils, and presenting the complexity and diversity of Italy's olive production through its many regions.
