Pasta Class: Join Olio2go, Cucinamore and Together in Tuscany for a Pasta Class!
We are excited to host a Pasta Class guided by Italian Chef Daniela. Come and learn how to make fresh tagliatelle just like an Italian! The class will cover: 1. Preparing fresh pasta dough from scratch. 2. Rolling and cutting tagliatelle by hand-crank pasta machine, with an overview of other pasta shapes that can be made using the same dough. 3. Cooking and serving the finished pasta with Fresh Herbs, Cheese and Granella di Pistacchio sauce.

Private Pasta-Making Class. Contact us to pick a date for your group (min. six friends). Reservations required and accepted with payment. Classes can be offered weekly after 5:00 pm, or Saturdays after 2:00pm, all at Olio2go on Hilltop. Classes are $65 per person. Please call 703-876-4666.
Gluten Free Pasta Class: Date TBA, we'll be hosting one of our famous Pasta Classes! This time, it's a Gluten Free Pasta Class. The recipe includes: Gluten Free Pasta Flour, ricotta, and eggs. Get a group together and we'll do a custom class for your friends at Olio2go on Hilltop. $65 each.
Tasting Party! We can host an evening tasting party for you and your friends. Select a theme: Splendid Salads, Marvelous Appetizers, Magical Desserts. $60 per person ($75 per person with a wine permit at olio2go on Hilltop). Reservations required.
