Il Custode BIO is a blend of Leccino, Moraiolo, and Frantoio olive varieties.

It is of medium intensity with balanced bitter and spicy notes. It's characterized by artichoke, radish with notes of black pepper and nuts.

Aroma: Scents of lettuce and artichoke, with perception of fresh almond and rocket. Final notes of oregano and rosemary.

Taste: A sensation of fresh grass and lettuce is accompanied by enveloping notes of
artichoke and rocket; The taste of radish follows notes of sage and rosemary.

Pair with pasta seasoned with meat or fish sauce. Excellent as a salad dressing!
