We were fortunate to be introduced to the producers Paolo Miceli and Sergio Sensat; their passion for EVOO stems back several generations. Their organic olive grove covers 115 hectares with 46,000 olive trees of five varieties (Nocellara del Belice, Biancolilla, Cerasuola, Arbequina and Picual). This is a uniquely modern farm with a very high quality production. In the first year of production, their oils placed highly in a wide range of international contests, and they gained acclaim for one of the most surprising new entries.
We are proud to share this limited edition. Only1670 bottles were produced for 2025. We were able to get our hands on only 12. A Grand Cru made from Cerasuola olives harvested from a micro-area of the estate. Bursting and intense and at the same time very balanced and pleasant with its notes of rocket, misticanza, green tomato and black cabbage.
It is characterized by the bitterness and spiciness of rocket and celery leaves and a long finish of green pepper.
