Small batch production of Fuji Apple juice from Francesco Poderi in Abruzzo.
By drinking this juice you can savor the fine grains of the Fuji apple. The juice has a rather sweet taste without any added sugar, because the Fuji Apples are grown at the foot of the hill, where the temperature difference between day and night is higher: a climatic condition which gives them more sweetness.
The taste has a slight sour note, with the natural sweetness of Fuji Apples. It's slightly pulpy and grainy.
