This selection features medium intensity in an organic extra virgin olive oil produced from a combination of Leccino and Moraiolo olives. It has enticing notable aromas of grass and green herbs. 

Perfect pairings include green salads, on mushrooms, bruschetta with tomato, pasta dishes and salads, and fish. 

The oil is produced in the region of Lazio by the Quattrociocchi family, who have been growing olives since 1888. Quattrociocchi olive oil is produced from olives harvested from the family's vast grove of 34,000 trees. Every batch is made entirely in the family's own mill and is certified organic.
