Another gem from Sicily, Vincente’s Pistachio Cream with DOP Bronte pistachios.
Pistachio cream can be used to elevate a breakfast or brunch onto toast, waffles or a good grainy oatmeal. More typically used in gelato, the spread is also ideals as a filling for pastries or as a nut butter spread on a tart. A good choice for homemade gelato or ice cream.

Ingredients: Pistachio DOP Bronte (minimum 65%), sugar, vegetable fat, whole milk powder, skim milk powder, soya lecithin, vanilla flavoring.
