We purchased an item from their website to give as a Christmas gift. It shipped out the next day, but unfortunately arrived damaged despite their very careful packaging. After contacting them they quickly sent us another one, and it arrived two days later with no problems. Lauren was very helpful at fixing our issue. Highly recommend!

I've ordered numerous times from Olio2go, and I have always been pleased. Their communication is excellent, they ship promptly, and the packing quality and perfect condition of each item says a lot. I only wish more businesses operated at this very high level.

I wasn’t 100% sure at first if they have a physical location, but the person on the phone confirmed, was polite, helpful and answered all my questions. The store itself seemed really tiny, but it’s got a good vibe to it. No other place anywhere near me had type 0 flour, so I was really happy to come across this place. The hours are a bit tight, so it is hard to go there before they close, but I do look forward to trying more stuff from here!
