As for olio2go, super fast shipping. Order arrived within a cpl days of placing the order. As for the Fiore glut flour the pizza was really good. Pizza dough more difficult to work with than regular pizza dough but be patient and it will turn out great. I highly recommend using parchment paper. Place dough on parchment paper which is covered with olive oil. Then place in oven using a pizza stone. Also do not follow the directions on the bag (different amounts of yeast, salt and olive oil. Follow the directions in this video (link below) for this exact product. As for oven temp I cooked on bottom rack w/pizza stone at 500 for 10 mins. JMO.
