Rustichella Radiatore Specialty Pasta

This special pasta is packed to show the glorious radiatore (radiator) shape. These are a favorite for pasta salad as they gather multiples of delights -- vegetables, cheese, herbs-- in the ridges. 

Purely crafted in Abruzzo from durum wheat semolina and water, shaped with bronze dies, and dried at low temperature results in excellent and authentic pasta. 

Please enjoy “al dente”. Please don’t overcook. Cooking time 8-10 minutes.
