The small Taggiasca (taggiasche) olive is the characteristic olive from Liguria. This is from the hills of Oneglia, where they are grown in the province of Imperia.
Harvested by hand and crafted with family traditions, these olives are pitted and preserved in extra virgin olive oil. Use as a prefect side-dish for roasted meat, or a really impressive ingredient in your salads, or an appetizer in your aperitif. This olive mix is the perfect finish to your antipasto plate.
