From high in the mountains of Piemonte, Brezzo has crafted this soup with a rich variety of beans and porcini. The porcini gives appealing, rich depth, sure to warm you with each spoonful.
Colorful orange, tan, and cream beans include decorticated red lentils, pearled spelt, pearled barley, porcini mushrooms 3.5%. Contains wheat, barley, spelt.
Manufactured in a facility that also processes: soy, sesame, Lupin beans, wheat (barley, spelt, oat).
Soak beans for 12 hours. Drain and boil for 40 minutes in water or vegetable broth, Season with vegetables, extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper.
