Colorful orange, tan, and cream beans include decorticated red lentils, pearled spelt, pearled barley, porcini mushrooms 3.5%. Contains wheat, barley, spelt.

Soak beans for 12 hours. Drain and boil for 40 minutes in water or vegetable broth, Season with vegetables, extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper.
