The Panettone is rich in Amarena cherries and chocolate morsels. It is spectacularly moist and fragrant and is topped with crunchy candied sugar to create a delightful flavor combination. This panettone is perfect in the morning, afternoon, or evening!

Packaged in a festive, hand-wrapped paper with ribbon, they make the perfect hostess gift and they delight kids of all ages. Inspired by a generation of Italian bakers in Torre San Giorgio, in the province of Cuneo in Piemonte. 

Like all of Albertengo's baked goods, these use only Italian free-range eggs. Another Albertengo masterpiece!

Ingredients: wheat flour, semi-sweet chocolate (unsweetened chocolate, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin), candied cherry (cherry, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), egg yolk, butter, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, emulsifier: mono-and di-glycerides of fatty acids; invert sugar syrup, glucose-fructose syrup, barley malt, salt, natural flavors. Ingredients of Icing and Decoration: sugar, almonds, egg white, "Piedmont Hazelnut", kernels, rice flour.
