Although this produces less oil, it results in a fresher, more vibrant olive oil with higher levels of antioxidants, polyphenols. It's cold-pressed within hours in a state-of-the-art mill, producing an award-winning organic Sicilian extra virgin olive oil. 

A medium-fruity oil, it offers delicate notes of fresh grass, tomato, and almond, with a gentle spiciness and a sweet, persistent finish.
